Letter to My Future Teacher

 My Reflection

I was attempting to write a letter to my future teacher.

I had to write down lots of things like the ways that I enjoy learning, the things I need help with, the things that I need to be extended in and my passions!

If I did this again I would  maybe write some more things my teacher might want to or need to know about me because even though I wrote down lots of things I think that maybe I could've added more.

Next I will be writing down my thoughts about our Year 6 graduation song.

Making Comparisons

 

Reflection

I was learning to make comparisons using a Venn Diagram. 

I had to list down things that are unique to Elm Park School, things that are unique to Lark Creek Elementary and things that they have in common.

If I did this again I would probably list down more things because I didn't think of much things.

Next I want to learn to do more Venn Diagrams.

Spreadsheet Learning

 My Reflection

We were learning to identify a cell, column and a row in a Google spreadsheet and also be able to correctly conference a cell.

We had to write down what a cell, column and row is and reference cells.

Next I want to learn how to do more things on Google spreadsheets.

Identifying Complete Sentences

My Reflection

I was learning to identify complete sentences.

I had to identify whether it was a complete sentence or not then specify the subject and predicate.

Next time I want to learn how to write a more complicated sentence.

3D Shapes Revision

Reflection

We were learning about 3D shapes.

I had to identify the faces, edges, vertices and names of different 3D shapes.

If I did this again I would've tried to finish it faster because I can finish the activity easily now and I want to try and do it faster.

Next I want to learn about more 3D shapes.

Orchestral Instruments

 My Reflection

We were learning about orchestral instruments.

I had to make a slideshow about orchestral instruments.

If I did this again I would add more information about the instruments because I don't think I gave enough information.

Next I want to learn about other instruments that are not orchestral and make a slideshow about them.

Adjectives And Adverbs

My Reflection

I was learning to identify adjectives and verbs.

I had to describe what an adjective was and what a verb was.

If I did this again I would've tried to finish it faster because it took me a while to finish this activity.

Next time I want to learn about nouns and verbs.

Reflection

We were learning to write a reflection with proper structure.

I had to have an introduction, body 1, body 2, body 3 and a conclusion in my reflection.

If I did this again I would make it a bit longer because I think my reflection was a bit too short.

I was learning to interpret bar graphs.

I had to answer questions according to the bar graph.
